Foot orthotics
Comfortable. Good price quite a number of NHS trusts use these to give to eligible patients.Slimflex make numerous styles of insole so read the description fully before deciding what's best for you.I prefer full length rather than 3/4 length as I feel that they stay in place better but that is my personal preference. I would suggest if you buy and have never used insoles before break them in slowly.Use 1 hour first day then gradually increase the daily time worn until you can wear them 8 hours or so in your normal worn footwear. Not suitable for narrow pointed and high heeled footwear

Poor packaging
This is the second pair of these insoles I have bought for my wife, on the recommendation of her physio and they work just right. Now don't get me wrong I would not normally moan about something as mundane as the packaging but where the first pair came in the manufacturers sealed bag, with care and cleaning instructions, these latest ones however looked like they were returns/seconds and just thrown in a bag and posted out. They were nearly sent back but after careful comparison with the other pair we had, we thought that they were after all brand new. This should not have been a consideration. These did after all cost more that £14. Unfortunately although we may buy these insoles again, I will not purchase them from careopody. Sorry, at least make it look like you value your customers.

Helpful review I hope!
I was recomended to buy this item by a professional. I had been having problems with painful feet and was told by the doctor that I had fallen arches and to buy some shoe supports. Get a pair from the chemist. I am 57 years old and quite active so to have pains in my feet is very upsetting.I looked around for shoe supports in the chemists and found that they were very expensive, especially when I needed to use them for different shoes. I didn't know which to choose. The fact they were so expensive meant I could only have one pair! There is nothing worse than keep swapping them from one shoe to another! I then spoke to a Podiatrist who told me about this product. She uses them and the price is good too.I was given a pair by her and I have bought a second pair. They are great. I have found a tremendous difference in my feet and use them all the time. If I don't put them in a pair of shoes I feel the difference and I get pains again. The quality is good and a third of the price of a certain , well known, brand.I will certainly buy more so I can slip comfortably into any of my shoes and wear for long periods of time without pain.I hope this review makes things clearer for people as I was in the dark about what insoles to choose and which ones would calm my pains.
