An option
Whilst these aren't going win any taste awards, (vs a sugar option), they still taste ok, as a sugar free option. Not sure what the sweeteners are but my partner says she tastes coconut? A banana and chocolate version might taste a bit closer to original eclairs? The texture is right - hard until they warm up in your mouth. The biggest downer is the price. You don't a lot for the asking price.
