My oldest child wanted for Christmas and of course we got it for him. He had it built in 24 hours and would come in and show us every part of it as he built it. It even shoots the rocket! Fun watching him build it.

Ok, this is a massive build.In the end it will be a life sized side by side double barrel shot gun model with shells.But we are just getting started LOL.I think it is really cool how it breaks open to load just like the real thing too.Not for younger kids, probably best for teens or older preteens with a lot of adult help.Blocks are nice quality and stick together well. There are A LOT of them LOL.

I am fourteen and i like army legos but this was the first real lego TECNIC set that i built. Overall i sugest that if you want a gun that shoot get a nerf gun. This gun took several modifications to get it to shoot more than two feet and it still only shot eight feet. I read the reviews and they seid nothing about how far it shoots. Also, even though i got it to shoot farther I still had the problem of the dart. It started breaking. It has fiber glass to help it not break but they did not count on replacing the PLASTIC connector parts withfiber glass. over all I only rated it two stars because it looked cooland was life size.

I'm a hardcore brick builder so I will look at pretty much any brand in a genre any type of bricks out there that look cool or neat or fun to build.This caught my eye because I never had a kit that featured basically a scale replica of a shotgun.There are a ton of pieces so be ready for a bill that's going to take some time. And this is not a quick easy assembly either a lot of the pieces go together in a very tricky ways.The quality was pretty good mostly Technic type bricks which helps with the sturdiness of the build and also prevents loose bricks unlike some alternative brands.When finished it's very good size and very functional, and makes you feel very good when you put that last brick in.This is definitely a finished model that you'd like to display not really something that is to be played with.So a beautiful kit relatively inexpensive and a good amount of time to build makes this a kit worth getting.
