I have used these inserts for the last 10 years. The cupped heel and pressure point on my arch works wonders for foot pain. These inserts must be replaced every 6-9 months dependent on use.

Great cushioning , metatarsal support was perfect.

A couple of years ago, I was having a lot of pain in the ball of my foot—later diagnosed with Morton’s Neuroma. I did some homework and these were recommended. I love these! I did have to go up a shoe size, but given the relief these provide, absolutely worth it. Game changer!

I have used Atrex orthotics for years and they are very comfortable. However, don't buy this model # if you Supinate. Get something more neutral like the 2200.

CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT!!! Not only do I have to buy expensive shoes for my work on my feet the entire time, cement floors, but I do need a Quality insole and these are absolutely a lifesaver.

Does not have a high arch which is what I wanted because my feet roll inwards. And I’m not sure what the purpose of the annoying square padding right behind your middle toes is for?!? It was comfortable besides for that weird pad.
