Good product, heats up quickly, wax does work but have to apply thick otherwise it will crumble. I would recommend getting better waxes to use. It takes a few practices to get used to it, I recommend not letting the wax harden too much on the skin otherwise it’s more difficult to wax off

I ordered this item after seeing a lot of reviews. Now, because I don’t like it at all, I am doubting myself—wondering if it’s me or if the beads are actually rubbish. The wax heater is okay for beginners; it just doesn’t stay warm for long. However, the beads are awful. They hardly pull any hair. I watched so many tutorials to ensure that I was using the beads correctly, but they just won’t work. Additionally, when the melted beads are applied to my skin and pulled off, they break in the middle. I might try the heater with another wax cream or different beads instead.

Due to PCOS I have hair on my chin thay groes so fast, was plucking, shavinf but by the next day, it had grown back through. Its so depressing. Decided to putchase this wax machine and it’s been a great upgrade to my home hair removal. The wax heats up within about 4-5 mins, then I turned it to low as i applied to the areas needed. The temperature control isprecise. The inner pot makes cleanup easy just wait for wax to cool then pop out the pot and wash. Been using this a couple weeks and im highly inpressed. Was well worth the money

I got this because I was sick of shaving and wanted something that will last longer, but I'm too shy to go to a waxer. The warmer works great. It takes a while to get to temperature and melt enough beads, but once they're done the warmer will come on periodically to maintain temp and keep everything liquid. The beads were fine. Regular hard wax beads. When applying you need the wax to be hot enough that it's still very fluid so that it can get around the hairs properly, but not so fluid that it's hot enough to burn you. It takes a bit of practise to get it exactly right for yourself. You have to pull the wax quite quickly too, if you leave it too long it becomes super stiff like candle wax and breaks off in chunks without taking any hair. It needs to still be warm and flexible but not sticky or stretchy. I used it on my brows and jawline too (pcos) and it did the job well with no lasting irritation. It was advertised as painless. It is not. It hurts like a mfer and whoever said it was painless is a no good, dirty untruther. But you get used to it and the results are good, takes a few goes to really get it down pat but once I did, I get nice smooth legs for almost a month. For the cost and the suffering, it's a really nice little personal kit.

The machine does not warm up at all. I left it on for few hours but it still barely warmed up the wax. It doesn't work at all. I tried it a bit late so I won't be able to return it but probably ganna throw out this piece of junk. Please don't buy it

Its very good and i like it but the pack pf wax is only enough for one time use and when u put it on medium it closes but still good
