A reasonable quality product for what it is, and the first one I've had that keeps the kitchen roll under control ! .......a bit pricey but works well so I'm happy enough.

There’s a knack for releasing the paper
There is a definite knack for using this I found it quite easy my other holder was far more heavier and easier to use though I only replaced it as it was looking tired , if I can find a way of increasing the actual base weight this item would be near perfect, maybe some injected resin if only the manufacturer would do this , I shall try a fix other than that I can recommend this product.
