This is shelf stable with long expire date. Works well with cooking, baking, anything that requires buttermilk.reconstitutes well and adds richness to cakes, pies, cornbread, salad dressing and many other dishes.

This buttermilk powder is a great product. I use it to make a homemade ranch dressing. It's also good for baking when buttermilk is a recipe ingredient. I like that it is made in the US. The powder is easy to measure and it dissolves well. I have purchased Anthony's products before and have always been satisfied with the quality.

I love this product. I mix it in my coffee every morning. It mixes best in hot liquids. My coffee tastes better with it.
