I love these vitamins! I kept seeing ads for them on social media so I did some research and most of the reviews were great. I was just gonna get them for my kids who are neurospicy to see if they help them thought what the hell. I'm 44 and so is my husband; we probably need vitamins too. So the whole family has been on them for almost a month and we're about to start our 2nd jar. I knew these vitamins were true to their promise as soon as I tried them. They aren't like other gummies that you can't chew all the way up because they're gelatinous like gummy bears. They are naturally sweet and chew up nicely into a grainy texture that melts away. It's weird at first because it's not what your expecting. There are only 2 grams of added sugar for 4 grams total. Mine were delivered during a Midwest heatwave in 90% humidity and 98° with a real feel of 113° while I was at work. They sat out there in the sun for 5 hours and I was trying to calculate how to save my losses because I knew they'd all be melted. Much to my surprise they DID NOT MELT! Yes, they stuck together but once they cooled they pulled right apart. If you've read this far you get to hear the best part. I am the junk food junkie. I crave sugar and quick carb junk fuel to keep me going. It's a terrible cycle. Now, it could be completely coincidental, however, after about 10 days of taking these vitamins my sugar cravings dropped. I noticed I just wasn't grabbing junk food. Processed food just didn't taste right. It didn't taste good anymore. It has a weird sometimes sulphery taste or metallic taste or I don't know, chemical taste. I had my usual morning energy drink one day (which had been tasting like the smell of rotten eggs and cat pee for a few days but I wasn't connecting the dots to the vitamins) and I had an anxiety attack so I stopped drinking those. I usually have a cup or 2 of coffee a day now. I used to have around 800mg of caffeine between 5am and 7pm. I've lost 10 pounds just due to the decline in cravings. Now, I'm not doctor, but to me it seems as though these vitamins are giving my body what it needs without anything artificial and over time it's starting to repair my damaged hunger cues. I'm no longer eating for pleasure, seeking dopamine and fast energy. My body has the proper nutrients so my palate can recognize healthy vs unhealthy food thus changing my eating habits. Oh, and they don't make me nauseous like every single vitamin I've ever taken! They're expensive but they're the real deal.

Bought the First Day Kids and Teens "Multi" Gummies to give to a niece and nephew, but I tried them first to make sure I wasn't gifting a questionable product. They are great! A few reactions after some sampling: 1. The packaging is awesome. Innovative design that's actually easy to use. Simple to open and close, equally easy to remove the seal when opening the first time. The illustrations on the bottle are cute and compelling, and the nutrition and other information is easy to read and understand. 2. About that nutrition. So many gummy vitamins are more like candy than they should be, in terms of nutrition. I was glad to read that these gummy vitamins are actually healthy. Clear icons explain the lack of GMOs, glutens, fake colors, fake sugars, and even the top 9 allergens that affect youngsters. Actually healthy gummies -- what an idea. 3. The taste. Both the orange and strawberry flavors were delicious without tasting too sweet or candy-ish. The texture was consistent and neither too chewy nor too soft. That's a hard thing to get right, and I think these products nailed it. I also thought the size was sensible -- these aren't tiny, but the teen and kids sizes were appropriately different to reflect the sizes of the kiddos who will use them. Overall, the product seems professional, tasty, healthy, and fun. I'll happily ship some of these to my nieces and nephews for Christmas.

Really happy with this multivitamin for kids. I love the ingredient list — clean, thoughtful, and well-balanced. The taste is great too, which makes it very easy for kids to take without any resistance. One of the best kids multivitamins we’ve tried so far. Will definitely buy again.

I never write product reviews - BUT, there is no way that I can't for these. If I could give a negative 5, I would. We have been looking into these types of gummies for a while now, as my child is a VERY picky eater, and I fear he isn't getting all of the nutrients that he needs from what he eats. I have held off due to the price, and wanted to do my research first. I ended up deciding to go with the well known brand, that had GREAT reveiws. "My kids love them", "they taste great!" etc. We bought the double pack to save a little money in the long run.... COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! (And they are non refundable). They came in a cute package, sure. But as soon as I opened them the first thing that hits you is an AWEFUL "Vitamin" smell. I was still okay, thinking maybe they still taste ok. I went to get them out, and they were all melted together. I literally had to MAKE my child try them, he held his nose and held on to the hope that they would taste ok.... Not only were they awful, they were rubbery and hard to get to dissolve enough to swallow. He finally go them down, and low and behold, he threw up within 30 minutes! I decided to try one, and he was right - awful taste, and hard to get to a point to be able to swallow them. they just don't break up. PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE A PICKY EATER, THESE ARE NOT THE GUMMIES TO GET!!!!

Great taste and I love that they’re made with real fruits and vegetables. I also really appreciate that these vitamins are methylated, something you don’t often find in kids supplements. With 12 fruits and veggies and 9 essential nutrients including Vitamins C, D3, B-complex, A, K2, and folate, this feels like real nutrition made easy. We’ll definitely be repurchasing.

My 4 year old son tolerated the taste of this which is a plus plus in my book! I tasted it myself before I gave it to him and it’s very tasty compared to others out there! It did come all stuck together which was not fun to pull apart but other than that, these are the best quality I’ve come across when researching gummy vitamins for kids. Still need to have him take it longer to see any big difference. I do notice a little more of an appetite increase but that about it. Will see!

These vitamins are amazing! My kids love the taste and remind me to give them their gummies every morning. I really like the clean ingredient list and the balanced blend of nutrients. The texture is soft, the flavor is natural, and the packaging is convenient. Great product — highly recommend!
