Brand-new Samsung S24+ arrived defective
Received a sealed Samsung S24+, but the phone is completely unusable. It gets stuck in an endless Android bootloop right out of the box and shows a recovery error (“configuration data may be corrupt”). No setup screen, no normal boot — just constant crashing. Clearly a defective unit. Very poor quality control from this seller. Returning immediately.
