Sprays lightly don't need much. Last a long time DOESN'T make my eggs soggy from greese. EASILY absorbed by using a paper towel. No after taste. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!

After seeing a lot of food bloggers and health nuts rave about this, I had to try it out myself. With a few unsuccessful visits to a local grocery store and Whole Foods, I came to amazon to order this Chosen Foods Spray. The action of the spray has a small learning curve, but one you get the hang of it, it is quite useful. A soft press of the top emits a stream of the oil and a full press will allow a full spray. The cans are very well constructed and are very durable. Great to use as an alternative for any cooking spray, but I especially like coating veggies in the oil to roast in the oven

Love this stuff! Air pressure only, no chemical additives, and avocado oil is great for roasting at high temps and has a good, delicate flavor for spritzing. Pump spray is slightly less fine than traditional spray oils, but works great for my purposes. Not cheap, but a quality product.

Love this stuff! And buying it in a 3 pack makes it very affordable. I haven't had any problems with the sprayer. When you get to the very last few drops, it's more likely to spray in the stream at that point but it sprays in a ice mist otherwise and I've used about a dozen bottles of this with no problem. I originally tried an oil mister bottle that I poured my own oil into and the spray on it was horrible. I especially liked it this doesn't have a bunch of nasty additives. And because it can withstand high heat, it's good for all kinds of uses. This is one of those items I stumbled upon and now I won't be without it!

I really like avacado oil because of nutrient values and high burn point. Doesn't smoke like olive oil. My problem with this is the spray is too forceful. The angle of surface covered is too wide and sprays out too much. Difficult to target where I want to cover without overspray. Still a good product for a fair price, so I will continue to buy.

This is my favorite cooking spray. I use it to coat my nonstick pans and baking pans. It has a great flavor.

Spray is strong seems like a lot. Then some drips out after. I don't hate it but, it's messy. I also saw I think the 2 pack of bigger bottles at my Costco

Avocado oil is avocado oil. I use this brand in the bottle, so I bought the spray for air popcorn. Very nice, wide mist pattern. No glopping. Does a good job of wetting the kernals so they can take butter powder.

this is lovely oil to cook with and use on salads. It doesn't burn so it's healthy. If you are careful with the spray its minimal calories.

I like Avocado oil spray but the ones I got don't spray, what a waste!!!!

It gives a light spray and heats to A very high temperature. Healthy and easy to use.
