I have ordered these before and they work great. In minutes the pain in my foot is gone. I have used it on my back too. Seems Amazon is the only place I can get them at a good price.

I am a nurse, a mom, and a runner. I am busy, always on my feet and on the go. I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. During activity, there’s not much discomfort. Most of my pain comes after resting for a time or in the mornings after I’ve been asleep. I used this for the first time over night, as you can keep it on your foot for up to 12 hours. I put the patch on sideways and put socks on to keep it in place. Even though the patch contains menthol, it did not make my foot feel extremely cold like icy hot does. I slept comfortably all night with it on and woke up this morning, for the first time in I don’t know how long, able to walk without any pain. There was a little bit of adhesive residue, but it was easily wiped away. I will take the residue over no pain!

I purchased these patches hoping for consistent pain relief, but the results were underwhelming. The hydrogel layer felt comfortable at first, but the effect faded quickly—far from the long-lasting support advertised. After about an hour, the cooling sensation disappeared and the discomfort in my heel returned as if I wasn’t wearing anything at all. The biggest problem was the adhesion. Even on clean, dry skin, the patches started peeling at the edges within a short time. By mid-day they had shifted out of place, which completely defeats the purpose of a product meant to stay aligned with the plantar area. I tried using them during normal daily activities, and the movement only made things worse. I also expected the lidocaine and menthol combination to provide noticeable relief, but the effect was extremely mild. It offered a brief numbing sensation that didn’t penetrate deeply enough to address real plantar pain. For anyone dealing with consistent foot strain, this level of performance simply isn’t enough. Overall, these patches didn’t deliver meaningful support or stability. Between the weak adhesion and minimal pain relief, they fell short of my expectations. I would not rely on them for daily use.

I work long hours at work standing 9-10 hours at a time and i bought these to help with the pain i get in the middle of my foot. ( i do wear wide foot shoes with a good insole) i found this product to help out a bit but not as much, i honestly felt that placing a icy hot patch would've done the job better. i felt that it didn't cool like it claim it did. i also found it to lose its stickiness fast, i tried it on while wearing socks and shoes it would move around and stick to it self on the corners. if you do get these just make sure you aren't planing on walking around much , as per instructions it dose claim to only wear one patch at a time and i found that to be an inconvenience since both of my feet were in pain and i would need to alternate between wearing them. if you do place these on wrong , and then peel them off, the stickiness would become less sticky as well. i do wish they made maybe something more stronger, the fit was okay the durability wasn't the best. it dose wash off fast with no issue, but when it comes to support i give it 2-3 starts.

Works great! I have high arches and had Plantar Fascitis pain in my right foot for months. As soon as I placed the first patch on the bottom of my foot I noticed instant pain relief. Got relief from pain at night and early morning. Very easy to use with my orthotics insoles. Definitely works at a great price. I plan to purchase again.

These Dr. Scholl's Plantar Fasciitis Pain Patches do help relieve pain — the hydrogel feels soothing, and the combination of lidocaine and menthol provides good relief throughout the day. They contour well to the shape of the foot and are comfortable to wear. My only issue is that they tend to slide off, especially if you’re active or wearing certain shoes. They work for pain, but the staying-power could definitely be better. Still helpful overall, just be ready to adjust or replace them throughout the day.
