This company contacted me to confirm my measurements before fabrication. That impressed me. Blind functions well and blocks the sun well. Many blinds barely block the sun. This one stands out in that it in darn near opaque.

After placing my order for these custom blinds, I was rather surprised to receive personalized texts and even a phone call by someone who was based overseas, seemed to be the one who going to make the blinds. Despite the distance, the level of individualized attention I received was outstanding. The representative was genuinely concerned about ensuring my complete satisfaction, from the fit to the installation process. I didn't realize the complexity of installing the custom blinds in my particularly tricky space, but the company's overseas representative did. They contacted me, providing suggestions and guidance that were crucial. Thanks to their proactive advice, I was prepared for the tricky installation when the blinds arrived. They fit fine and look great. Excellent quality. Exceptional customer service!

The people are great. They will contact you and make sure your measurements are correct and make adjustments if necessary. We ordered four of them and they sent us one to test out and make sure that they worked. Everything fit perfectly and they are still lasting. We will definitely buy these again if we need them.

The bracket is not correctly sized to allow to affix overhead with the clutch in place, and you cannot remove the clutch to affix the bracket and the reinstall if you have an interior mount. You can install it in very poorly if you try and have special tools, but this is a very low end product. Don’t roll the dice, find a local supplier if you can. ZERO stars if I could

Love these shades. These are very high quality and easy to hang. These look great. Block all the sun and cool our deck and front room tremendously! Love the quality material. Company is great to work with as they called to make sure of the color and size a couple times. Received as expected. Well wrapped for shipping. I highly recommend! 5 stars all around for these guys! May purchase a couple more.

UPDATE: We’re coming up on 1 year in August 2024 with this shade, and it has held up well so far in the TX sun. No fraying and it doesn’t appear to have faded or, if it has, it’s very subtle. It has also helped minimize the fading of our front porch chairs. We had our cabin in place in Dec. 2021 and wish we had installed this shade much sooner for the 2022 and 2023 summers. By the time we installed it in late Aug. 2023, we were nearing the end of summer. My initial review below: This is an updated review. The first shade we received was 2 inches too long on one side so it was cockeyed. Before we knew it was the shade, we made several attempts to hang it level without success. Initially, we requested a refund but the seller offered to replace it, which they did. What a difference! - In one attempt was able to hang it, and the shade was level. I do want to add, like some other reviewers noted, when hanging “inside,” there’s a a slight gap on either side, which should be expected so the shade doesn’t rub on anything. We also like it because our cabin gets some good winds where it sits so the small gap on either side should help the “life” of the shade by letting some air flow through. Just a suggestion, I accidentally ordered it like 1/4” to 1/2” slightly narrower width wise so we had to add a small piece of wood on one side. In the end, it worked out well because one of the brackets protudes out a bit more due to the gears inside it for the turning metal hook. We didn’t notice that with the first shade so that side gap was greater on that side. When we got the replacement shade, we put the slim piece of wood on the left side and it was perfect. For the price, it’s a nice quality shade. We did the solid dark brown, and it does well shading when the sun is west of our cabin. Helps cool our front porch some as a result. Lastly, we ordered a 2nd pair of bottom hooks which gives us 2 lengths to pull it down based on where the sun is at. One set we have where the shade is down about 1/3 of the way, and the other pair secures the shade when we want it fully down.
