Let me just start this review by saying that I love neurogum, it provided me lots of energy without feeling jittery and actually boosted my mood. The fact of the matter is that it worked, and these melatonin are no exception, they work just as effective as neurogum except of course for sleep instead. Dissolves quick and tastes good and of course puts me to sleep quick, I’ll take two tablets 30 minutes before bed while reading and I’ll find myself dozing off to sleep, this is the only melatonin supplement that I can take which will effectively put me to sleep like Diphenhydramine without the groggy feeling in the morning. Overall I would highly recommend this because your health is worth more than the couple dollars you may save in stores. You rest easy your life is easy.

These taste good and I feel like I sleep better once I take one.

Probably the best over the counter sleep aid I’ve ever used. When I use these I get a good solid sleep and don’t feel groggy when I wake up. I get my best sleep scores when I use these from my 🍎 watch that monitors my sleep. 4-5 stars because nothings perfect.

I was skeptical about these mints but I have found them to be better than other means of sleep aid I have tried. I have slept more soundly through the night since starting to use them. The taste is great which is nice.

This has been a great little supply for us. The mint taste good and dissolves nicely. It seems to be effective as my sleep the last few nights has been great. The melatonin has been great as well. I’ve definitely had a lot more dreams the past few nights. I am editing this review because I’ve been taking these supplements consistently for a while now and wanted to do a follow up. The mints themselves are fine. They melt away quickly as advertised. My first impressions of the product were great. They come in a small box that is very well branded. They seem like they are conscious about quality which is important when consumption is the end goal. In the past when I’ve taken melatonin I would find myself in bizarre episodes of nighttime dreams and it became extremely difficult for me to become lucid after waking. I don’t feel that with these. I’m not sure if the melatonin dose is small enough as to not cause those unwanted effects. My sleep has been great and after consistently taking it I feel like the effects have been great. I sleep great and fall sleep a lot faster. We have always included chamomile tea into our routine as a drink. So the added chamomile and lemon balm in this product has been a good addition. It’s not strong but having taking chamomile in the past I can sense the subtle flavor. Up to this point I haven’t noticed any differences in skin or digestion. But I also have pretty good skin and am free from digestion issues. It may play a bigger role with someone who is struggling in these areas. The botanical Blend that is included in the minds is something to consider when determining if this product may be worth it. Elderberry, which is one of the key ingredients, plays a vital role in restoring immune health. I haven’t been sick while taking these but my sleep has been so good I can’t say I’m not surprised I’ve been feeling so good. All around this product has seemed to really help me stay sick free, sleep good all through the night, and wake up feeling focused and reenergized for the day ahead. It’s not a manic pill, but it does have some great effects that are observable to the one taking it.
