I received “Natural Bitter Kola Powder | Garcinia Kola | Snack, Baking, Smoothies, Yogurt, Salad | 90g, 0.2lb, 3oz.” it is 100% kola nut, so it contains caffeine. It looks, smells, and tastes very fresh. I appreciate that has no unnecessary additives. The bag was easy to open, and it is resealable.

Product is grinding with rocks. I'll never buy it again. Not recommended at all.

This Natural Bitter Kola Powder has a bitter nutty flavor to it. I have been using it in coffee and have found a few chunks. It could be ground a bit more thoroughly, but that's my only complaint. It would be fine in smoothies since they are already being made in the blender. It doesn't dissolve very well but it doesn't claim to. I just keep my spoon in my coffee and stir occasionally.

This will boost energy levels and blood flow if you add it to a smoothie or tea. Trust me.

While this powder has some caffeine in it it's a great thing to use if you are looking to lose weight or if you are looking to feel better because apparently it is supposed to contribute to making your mental health better and there's lots of health benefits to it as well. I didn't seem to mind it even though there was a little bit of a bitter flavor to it if you throw it in a smoothie or something with peanut butter it helps to take the bitterness away and it makes it tolerable. Very cool would highly recommend if you're looking to increase your health.

The product was delivered safely and in time. I am still using the natural bitter kola powder and I cannot determine the effectiveness of the product for now
