Great popping oil. Makes you think you are eating theater popcorn. Great flavor.

I love that it's made with coconut oil - no palm oil or soybean oil. It smells just buttery enough without being overwhelming. Paired with the salt, it makes the popcorn taste just like the kind at the movie theatre.

Just used a plane 5qt stove pot with a glass cover. Put 2 tbps maybe little more of this oil in the cup and stirred it around with the popcorn kernels and then poured my oiled up kernels into the pot. After a few minutes of heating i had a completely full container of popcorn. On the oil... it seemed to do a good job of popping the kernels with no burning. On the taste... perhaps a hint of buttery taste but only a hint. And to be fare i actually did pour a bit of this stuff on top of the finished popcorn after it was in a bowl. If you like buttered popcorn like from the movie theater you're definitely going to need an actual buttery topping of some kind. Update: when this stuff arrived it was actually an "oil" which i didnt think much of... but the next day after taking the jar down from the cabinet it was most definitely a solid such that i had to scoop out the oil. It still seemed to work just as well but a bit surprised of the change in consistency.
