Sometimes I have to blow out product and reapply. No drugs, so no problem.

Some temporary medicine gave me a stuffy nose and I was looking for a nasal spray stronger than saline but without an antihistamine. I found this in a drugstore and it was very helpful. It also works well on mornings when it takes awhile to clear my sinuses and throat without help. This works fast. I’m not bothered by the capsicum and the Xylitol helps with dryness. I wanted to buy more and give one to a relative but didn’t see it stocked in stores so ordered online.

Not much to say. If you need to moisturize you sinuses and give them a spicy kick to enable tears, this is the stuff.
