This is a great value and does everything I want it to do!

I got this computer yesterday, opened it up and got it going right away. Since it was built a while ago, the software needed lots of updates. It had a couple huge updates that took a while. I kept checking for updates until there weren't any left and it's good to go. I took it out of windows 11s and am now running on windows 11. The full size keyboard is great. It's not backlit but I don't need that, I don't need to look at the keyboard to know where the keys are. I needed a full size keyboard and large screen for working from home and this feels like a perfect fit for what I need. I picked it up on Amazon Resale for a great price during one of their sales and couldn't be happier with what I received. It's light, thin and easy to balance on my lap despite how wide a 17 inch monitor is. the best part is my MS office suite that is running on my little laptop installed during the set up when I logged into my microsoft account so I have no need to purchase it again for this computer. I'm all set and ready to go now.

Nice laptop just didn't have enough Ram for what I needed a laptop for... Perfect for a student.

Great laptop at a very good price. I'm enjoying it. Transitioned from an iPad Pro to return to my Microsoft Office days. Missed Word and Excel too much. Did not want to learn new languages.

It works well so far after few months of use, i will update if anything :)

Just like the other computer. Some are big and some are small. I always use smaller one. Lighter and I can easily carry. I use this computer for my laser engraver/cutter machine. More versatile than a desktop. Fast and responsive. There's nothing to say against this product for now.

I bought 3 laptops for gifts in April 2024. One laptop will not open Windows. Return date is up and I've been going through loops to try to get it fixed. Still broken. Diagnostics state memory fail. HP won't honor warranty and said product had been tampered with by seller. I got permission for the products to be returned and they sent me a return shipping label. I returned product and cannot get a response.
