Tarot Art Nouveau Cards

First of all, if you don’t know what grand trumps means it means that this is a major arcana only deck. If you’d like to read with the majors only which could be very powerful and useful in readings or the Marseilles style you can add a deck of cards to represent the pips. The stack is surprisingly dark and beautiful. The devil reminds me of the Joker from Batman and wonderfully illustrates the meaning of the double card as mental disturbance and negative limiting beliefs and attitudes and self sabotage. The death card is a woman and it reminds me of the Day of the dead with her skull dress and is a beautiful interpretation of the death card. The strength card shows the classic old Italian style version instead of a woman closing a lions mouth it is the scene of a hunt or battle. The lovers card is beautiful but there is definitely force and passion in the card and is not the angelic version of RWS.This deck has the Marseilles style numbering so justice is 8 and strength is 11, versus the RWS in which those two are reversed. They art style is the whimsical art nouveau style but there’s a lot of action and movement and you can feel a lot from the cards. Overall I’m not sure if I’ll keep it but I can appreciate its beauty.

This is ONLY Major Arcana - not a 78 card deck. It’s not in the title of this listing, just in the fine print. Have no idea why anyone would want an incomplete deck.

Me dan risa todos esos comentarios de quienes ni siquiera leyeron el nombre del producto. "Grand Trumps" se refiere a los "Arcanos Mayores", es una baraja que incluye solamente los arcanos mayores.Quienes no tienen mucha idea acerca del mundo del tarot o apenas están comenzando, ignoran que existen tiradas diseñadas específicamente para utilizar solo los arcanos mayores. Sin embargo es muy poco práctico separar los arcanos mayores de los menores porque el desgaste en las cartas termina siendo muy desigual y por ello es que existen este tipo de barajas de solo arcanos mayores.

There is only the major arcana in there. I thought it would be a complete set. They're beautiful, though.

これは　小アルカナは入ってません、大アルカナだけです。レビューを見て購入して　ガッカリしました。でも、スカラべ オ社の製品なので、カード自体は良いです普通のタロットよりも大きいです、これで占うのは場所を取り　大変なので、１枚引きにしようかと思ってますそれか、観賞用です小さいのをもう１箱購入することにします。大きいのが希望であれば★４個ですが、う～ん私は希望ではなかったので３個かな女性が少しゴツイ感じというか　もっと丸みがあったら、、、でも、全体的にきれいです。

El Tarot de 22 arcanos es perfecto, calidad, medidas y diseño, venía bien cuidado.

勘違いでレビュー書いてしまったらしき人がいますが、こちらはペーパーバックではないのでちゃんとしたカードです。ガッサガサの厚紙をそのまま詰めたカードではありません。普通に日本で売られているタロットやトランプと同じように、表面はつるっとしていて、すぐにダメになったりもしません。しかし、海外の物だから仕方ありませんが、日本人の手（の中でも更に小さい私の手）には完全に余る…でかいです。しかし、まあ、縦に長いだけなので何とかなるかな！大アルカナ・小アルカナどちらも入っているので、大容量です。タロットをしまっておく用の赤紫のベロア調ポーチがセットで入っており、ちょっと高い買い物だったかなと思いましたが、届いてみて大変満足でした。ひとつ気になったのは、イタリア製で「愛のなんちゃら」といかにも恋愛のことを占うのに良さそうなカードかと思ったのですが、実際占ってみたら、私は恋愛より仕事のことの方がよく出ました。これは人それぞれでしょうけど、ちょっと拍子抜け。でも前に持っていたのが恋愛に特化したようなカードだったので、まあ良いかな、と。でも前のは大アルカナしかないので、詳しく占いたい時はやはりこっち？でも、このデッキ、ちょっと他のタロットと違います。説明文が日本語じゃないのでハッキリとはわかりませんが、どうやら正位置・逆位置という観念がないようで…それに、大アルカナの説明は4つくらい単語が並んでいて、色々解釈できますが、小アルカナは「2人の女性が～～～している」とか「この女性の冷淡な様子は～～～を表している」とかちょろっと一文書いてあるだけで、解釈に迷うことがあります。要はカードに描いてある絵の説明ね、としか思えないものもあり、上級者向けかなぁと思います。絵は綺麗で、ごちゃごちゃして占うには不向きという人もいるようですが、私は好みでしたし、相性も良かったようです。これだけ綺麗なら、占いはしないけど飾っておくために買うという人もいるかも…
