I really like the natural taste, it does stick a bit on my older fillings, there's no glycerin in it so I expected it to be less smooth. I only chew max 10min as in the dental program it is said to chew 2-10 min max to allow saliva to produce from the xylitol. So, for the 10 min or so I chew these the flavor is full on for the entire time. I haven't tried it for longer. I am going to buy the 1200 count mints as well in peppermint as it's a little more convenient during working hours, I don't chew gum with clients around! All in all it's a very good quality product and much cheaper than the Dr Ellies brand, I think it's equal in quality.

Tastes great, chewing on 1 or 2 of those chews after eating helps very much with taking care of your teeth. I know this to be true having used in the USA this product already with excellent results. (no cavities, gums healthy)

I bought it for the Xylitol content. It tastes refreshing, but it doesn't last very long. Takes two sticks to get much benefit.

After they discontinued THREE gum (only had 3 ingredients) I grabbed these packs. Unfortunately this is really inferior. Texture is mushy and the gum fall apart quickly maybe 10 minutes. Flavor disappears in maybe 3-5 minutes. Also the size of the pieces is terrible. I can only chew 2 or sometimes 3 pieces to get a decent chew and flavor going. I have bought this over the years but I feel strongly that the quality has gone down. It's been really annoying to work my way through these packs. I'm really picky about my gum and was heartbroken to not find THREE. But you may want to try their variety pack or a smaller amount before investing in these larger quantities

This is the only gum I'm allowed while on a customized Keto-based diet. It helps curb my sugar cravings as well as a quick fix for bad breath after eating out. The gum is "chiclet" sized, so I usually chew about four or five at a time (don't judge me). The flavor lasts about as long as you'd expect and the gum stays firm for a long time if you're "stress-chewing." (Don't judge. You know you do it too...) The only thing you have to be careful of with any xylitol product is that it can cause severe gas and bloating, so don't overdo the amount chasing after more sugar flavor. (Learned this one the hard way after consuming a half of a container... Seriously, don't judge. Sugar addiction is real.)
