Everything is good, feels premium. Just heat containment is not like 3-4 hours rather 2-3 hours and the plastic opener used can break if it falls down so be aware of it. Overall it's a good and practical product.

Pros: Good mug leak proof, easy to carry, perfect size, sturdy built. Especially good for cold- drinks and beverages. Cons: hot beverage remains hot hardly for 2- 3 hours. The straw lid is very wierd, plastic and doesn't feel good while sipping. Final verdict: I'll give it 7.5 out of10. It's good not that great. But yeah works for me. If you are purchasing this to keep your drinks hot then I'd suggest skip this one. Overall good.

Leakage problem can be solved by manipulating the rubber lid present inner side of cap. It's not defect but just the technical glitch which can be resolved by little bit of handling. Though I would advise the company to make it fix at the time of mgf to avoid such leakage problem if that's what degrading the feedback for this beautiful product

Also fits in the car slot which is what I was looking for. Everything on amazon is 600ml or 1.2litre.. Dont need to drink anything that much and carry around a cannon like a ponce. Good build quality. Good color combo. No leakage. But it's only been a day. Dont know how long it will keep hot and cold. The only con is the sipper, which I didn't know there was one. Its horrendous. Should have had a rubberized straw slot instead cuz i needed that.
