They are really good .

I am writing this review just because I laughed at seeing the negative reviews about the cashews being "soft." Cashews themselves are nuts, not fruit, and they do not "go bad" like an apple or banana does. They are soft because they are fresh - they are most likely steamed to remove any natural toxins. The kind of cashews you get from the store are typically baked, which makes them dry and hard. Cashews being soft is NOT an indicator that they are bad - it's an indicator that they are fresh! I found these were absolutely delicious and surprisingly sweet; I've never had an unsalted cashew before so I was very pleased by the natural taste. I'd definitely recommend these. :)

Good however I found an organic brand that is cheaper per pound and tastes better.

Cashews have amazing flavor and are nice and plump.

Personally loved the rawness of the nuts

Anthony products are top notch. I've never been disappointed by the quality.
