Bonjour Nous aimerions être contacté par le service client suite à un problème sur la selle. Nous n’arrivons pas à vous joindre. La selle en cuir a un accroc et nous aimerions un remplacement de celle-ci

This bike ended up being better than anticipated. The reviews varied, so I was hesitant to purchase initially, but I'm happy that I picked it up. The assembly was super easy, the instructions are clear and easy to follow and even though I used my own tools, it comes with a nice selection for anyone that may need them for building the bike or future maintenance. Some silicone grease can help with assembly and function but it's not included. Otherwise, once complete you'll only need to adjust the seat and handlebar height as well as the lever positions to the rider. Air up the tires and you're ready to ride. Probably the most difficult part will be adjusting the front brake (maybe the rear too if yours is not adjusted properly) simply because linear pull brakes can be a little finicky, but even-so, we're talking another couple minutes. After a couple rides I'd grab your tools and verify everything is still tight and adjusted properly just like you'd do with any other bike, pre-assembled or not. The color (white) was applied well, no scratches, dings or bubbles. All parts are durable and worth the price of the bike. The multiple speed shift selector had me a little concerned that it would take a bit of time for my kiddo to get used to, along with now using hand brakes, but they picked it up right away. I'm told the seat is very comfortable as-is the rider position. We opted for the rear rack as well, which comes in handy all the time. I'd say this bike is well worth the price and if taken care of, should last for a long time. Should anything change, I will update this review.

Great except it literally rusted within one week and went all down the white 😭really should come with a cover at that price - customer service contacted me right away and will be shipping a new bike 🙏🙏.

Front Fender and Rear Rack are both bent and can't be attached. The top mount on the fender is supposed to be straight, but is bent at an angle, and the silver parts are super not centered. The space between the front mounts on the rack are too far apart, and I can't attach both sides to the bike. I reached out to Glerc last week and have yet to hear back aside from their automated "We received your message!" Amazon doesn't offer replacement parts, only a return, and I don't want to do the Amazon Shuffle where I get a new Bike B, exchange the broken parts from Bike A with Bike B, and return the unassembled Bike B. They're heavy, and the packaging is unwieldy. If it's like Bike A I'd have to unpack most of Bike B, and I don't know if I'd be able to get it back in the box. So I guess I'm stuck with a bike that functions well enough, but it's missing some of the pieces. It's cheap enough that I guess I'll just live with it. Maybe I'll be able to get someone to bend the pieces back into being useable. :/ Other than that, the bike is cute, the right size for me to learn to ride on, and I managed to assemble it by myself (broken hands, know nothing about bikes) in about an hour following the booklet. The chain was not connected to the pedals when I pulled it out of the box, but it was relatively easy to get it back on the gear.

My 14 and 15 year old could not wait for me to get off work so they put this together themselves using the recommended YouTube video. It was a gift for my 14 year old, she just learned to ride a bike but has been using it non-stop to go everywhere. The basket is a cute addition to put her water, cell phone and charger when she will be out all day. It took a little extra effort to get the seat to stop sliding. The bike is easy to use for a new rider.
