Great product well worth it. Sealed my RV roof.

I used this sealant to address some minor water seepage on a basement concrete wall. The good news is that after two coats, the wall is completely dry, so the product definitely works and creates a solid waterproof barrier. It dried perfectly clear with no yellowing. The reason for docking one star is the consistency. The sealant is very thin and has a watery texture, which makes it difficult to apply without it running and dripping, especially on a vertical surface. It required a lot of patience and care to get an even coat without making a mess. Overall, I'm happy with the final result, but be prepared for a slightly challenging application process.

I am giving 4 instead of 5 because of a concern: The product is very thick, I used a roller. It went on easily and leveled out very good. The part I am concerned about is it did not appear to actually soak in. Seems more like a glossy clear paint. Maybe it works, I am not sure.....I am concerned it will peel off in the cold or sun. IDK. I used it on a cement bird bath. Just a bit too glossy to the touch for what I expected. I did 4 coats. NOTE: If I were to do it again, I would thin some out with water, do two thin coats to insure it soaks in, and then finish off with full strength product.
