These are helpful and do the trick but there are times that I need to double up the dosage.

I have been using these for about two months now, and I notice that I really am more productive and efficient when I take these, and less so when I don’t for a few days. I work full time in a fast paced scientific job, and am also getting my PhD in molecular genetics. My days are 6:30am-11:30pm. I don’t feel burnt out or even all that tired. I procrastinate when it comes to tasks and studying, but when I take these I will get more done in a 1.5 hour afternoon break than I do in a weekend when I don’t take these. I may have to go non-caffeinated though because I drink coffee every morning. I recommend these!
