The Barx Buddy is an awesome product! Only one of our 5 dogs is a serious barking problem, we have a couple of collars and they work somewhat, but they have to be placed on the dog perfectly and have to be charged. No issues there with the Barx Buddy. I unpacked the unit and set it up, all to be done there was installing the included battery and choosing the distance setting, then finding a good central location. Afterward, the first barking spree she embarked on (see what I did there?) lasted about 17 seconds, then she stopped and looked at the unit but remained silent. So much quieter now with her not barking or having the other dogs encouraged to a bark along. I highly recommend this item.

P O S. I am not impressed with this at all. It is not working to shut the yapping up. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this model to anyone.

I have two dogs that bark at everything. Sometimes, they bark at nothing. They just bark. When we lived in a house, I was ok with it because I wanted to know they wanted to let me about something, no matter what. Ee hace recently transitioned to full time RV life and barking at everything is not going to fly anymore. We tried a ton of different things, and ended up with the barkbuddy. Within a week, it and some training, no more endless barking. This gadget is a life saver!!!

Worked well for my one dog. Didn't bother my other dog at all amd continued to bark non stop.

Does not work at all. Two dogs, 4 feet from it, barking their heads off. Repeatedly. Pointless. Don’t waste your money. I’m returning immediately.

My neighbors have two dogs that bark at me and others constantly. It's so disgusting to me that they allow their dogs to do this. I can't even open my window without them barking at me. I'm fed up with it and decided to try this anti bark box. It's placed right in front of the dogs as my neighbor across the street was kind enough to place it on the side of his garage so it would be close enough. The medium setting didn't work well but the high setting did the trick! It's so nice to be able to mow the lawn, get the mail and open a window without the barking! Thank goodness for this invention!

If it works, it works. After reading reviews and see the ho hum avg score, I had to wonder. But it worked as expected.My dog barks uncontrollably at all animals on the television (and there are more than you realize…) I have it on the lowest setting, set it on top of a shelf and it worked exactly as needed. In time I expect to not need it. Regardless if she only woofs once and then stops I can accept that.Now, what I did not expect was my cat’s reaction. He goes running from the room and is gone for an hour. He will survive:)
