After consuming shakes with Whey Isolate protein for years, I wanted to try something different. Also, since I never tried a protein that comes with creatine, I decided to try Birdman’s Falcon Performance Protein. After trying it for a few days, I can say this will be my go-to post-workout protein. Don’t let the Plant-Based label deter you. The Choco Bronze flavor tastes great mixed with water and/or milk, and is great to add to a smoothie of your liking. A huge positive is the Recovery Blend. I felt an immediate difference consuming this after a tough workout, not feeling any soreness, and even had a boost of energy. I tried another it another day after another tough workout, and it yielded the same results. Another great thing about this protein is that it is free of Soy, Gluten or Dairy, so it’s a great product to try if you have trouble due to a condition or looking to eliminate those from your diet. As far as cons are concerned, there’s only minor ones. First, you will have to mix very well if you want that great taste. Lastly, take great care using the powder, as it can lead to a bit of a mess if you’re not careful. There’s a lot to like with Falcon Performance Protein. It’s a great product that can help build muscle, and your purchase goes toward a great cause. If you’re looking to try something different, you won’t be disappointed.

Love this. It’s really hard to find a protein powder that my boy’s not allergic to. His doctor recommended extra protein after surgery to help with the healing process - however he’s tube fed and can’t eat solid food. We used this in both hot and cold drinks and he really enjoyed it. For hot drinks I found it works best to temper it by pouring just a little bit of the drink at a time constantly stirring.

Good protein+creatin mix, flavour a bit artificial, however good product changes after 3 weeks.

Honestly the saving grace here is the all inclusive vegan, bcaa, protein, creatine, fiber and probiotic. Flavor isn't what I would call "bad" the chocolate is fine the huge problem is the texture... Its too fine, too chalky. They honestly did a huge disservice to this by having it this fine. It doesn't mix well, it clumps in funnels, you have to shake it every minute to keep it diluted, and the powder flies everywhere if you don't have a big enough funnel. And the taste reflects this in texture as well. Honestly disappointed a good otherwise protein mix would fall short on such an obvious mistake. The sweetness is less than others which is neither here nor there a point for me but its worth mentioning to others interested in this. I guess I would say I could recommend this all the same but do wish it was better.

Really nice to have protein, creatine, and BCAA all blended into one vegan supplement. I have yet to see anyone do that. Tastes amazing, most definitely better than any protein powder I've had. I mix it in smoothies, ice cream shakes, and coffee and honestly it blends in perfectly with everything so far. It may be a little expensive but you're getting a great price per ounce, plus you're saving money on creatine so most definitely worth it! Zero complaints, even the design is cool!

Got the vanilla one (haven’t tried the chocolate yet) it tastes great and I am thankful for the added aminos. I blame the creatine for minimal tummy rumbles a little bit after eating it but it’s not bad at all and is unobtrusive. I still take extra creatine because I’m not sure how effective it is just having it mixed in. The flavor is smooth and I’ve used it plain, but mostly use it with frozen fruit, my added vitamins, and water post workout. Great for macro counting and good quality. It’s not grainy at all and blends really well. I haven’t tried baking with it yet since it’s more expensive (but definitely worth it) I try to save it for smoothies. It is sweet, but not overly so and can be used by itself if needed. Would recommend to vegan athlete friends.

Okay so at first I really liked the idea of this product. It has creatine and other essential elements for muscle growth which is great. And the best part of it is that it actually works. You get everything you need in one drink. It’s pretty awesome. The only downside is the taste, and the texture. It feels like drinking chocolate flavored sand. Ive been using this for a while and I can’t complain about its effectiveness. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my performance, strength and muscle growth. I just can’t get past the grainy sand like texture and the taste. I’m at the point that even if I smell it I want to throw up.

Ya había consumido esta proteína, pero en sabor chocolate. Esta vez elegí la de vainilla y también sabe bien! Desde la ocasión anterior puedo decir que es una proteína ligera con el estómago y que con el uso disciplinado, siendo constantes también con el ejercicio, da buenos resultados. El paquete tardó un día más en llegar, pero arribó bien, en perfecto estado. Nota: La recomiendo, pero sea este o cualquier otro suplemento, debe tomarse como eso, un suplemento; y no sustituir la alimentación que es base para desarrollar y mantener fuerza, tono o energía. Muchas personas se quejan del sabor por ser vegetal. Seguramente es la misma gente que siendo adultos se portan como niños chiquitos para comer (cada quien tiene sus gustos, no va tan en serio ;b).

De lo mejor que podrías encontrar con el precio, puede llegar a tener un sabor medio terroso pero es normal en este tipo de productos que son hechos a bases de plantas, más el sabor no llega a ser desagradable y esta muy bien equilibrado

De todas las proteínas que he probado, esta me ha gustado mucho. No me cae pesada y siento que sí me ayuda a recuperarme después hacer ejercicio, también he notado que me siento con más energía en mis días de entrenamiento. En cuanto al sabor sabe rico, no entiendo porque dicen que sabe mal, es una proteína no un batido dulce jaja
