We all know magnifying glasses--they become more important as you get older. These glasses add blue light blocking to the magnifying functionality. The topic of blue light blocking in glasses is hotly debated. So a lot of people now use them.The blue light blocking on these glasses is partial, so they don't change the color of blue when you use them. Most blue light blocking reading glasses go for this approach. But you can see a bit of blue reflected in the lenses when exposed to light to confirm that there is a blue light filtering integrated in the lenses.These glasses are a bit chunkier than some reading glasses, but they feel fine when on. They bend significantly outward at the arm joints (see photos), so they'll accomodate even very wide heads. I was pleasantly surprised, by how high-quality these looked when I got them. They look cute on me too Unfortunately, one pair broke just days after I got them. I probably should’ve sent them back, but I just threw that pair away. On the fence about whether or not to repurchase.Update - I had another pair of break on me. I haven’t even worn yet. I just put them in my purse still in the package and when I pulled them out to wear them, they broke. I have readers that I’ve had for years that are still in one piece, I hate this because these glasses are soooo cute but I’m going to have to give an overall negative review.

I've never worn aviator frames before so wasn't sure what to expect as far as how well they would fit my round face. However, I was pleasantly surprised! They plastic frames are lightweight ,sturdy and fit comfortable right above the bridge of my nose. Of the 3 colors I loved the green the best. The color is pretty dark and they look black when wearing but they are a dark hunter green color. I love the additional blue light protective feature as it protects my eyes since I'm on a computer 12+ hours a day. The oversized lenses are also crystal clear and easy to see out of. The glasses come with only 1 case and cleaning cloth though so be prepared.
