Worked like a charm, but ended up burning on the bottom of my stainless steel stock pot—light and easy to clean too.

I used these for an outdoor propane burner. I make a white wine garlic sauce to saute blue claw crabs. The last few years, my sauce was breaking because I couldn't turn the burner low enough. I bought this diffuser and it worked perfectly! My sauce never broke, each batch I made and I go through a bushel of crabs, one saute pan at a time!

This is so good to distribute the heat to the whole area. I really like it. Highly recommend it. It also keeps the bottom of the pan from staining

Decent

Bought one of these a couple of months ago, hoping it will even out the heat on my gas stove burners. It works great, I no longer have food burned in some areas, undercooked in others. I liked it so much I bought a second one. Now I don't need to replace my stove!

There are hardly any directions in english - what is there is several warnings - would like to know what all the Chinese says!! There is a ton of it! - No translation
