Really great compared to the other brand I was buying for the consistency of quality; the other brand would mix up their menthol patches with normal labels and this brand does not do that. The dotted cutting on the plastic that protects the patch's sticky side are always in the center and never in a weird angle or hard to separate. The patch itself isn't very sticky but I pair them with clear adhesive patches made for the purpose of protecting bandages in case you shower. They work really well for pain relief and don't cause any skin irritation. I will mention that if you have a problem with adhesives and use the clear plastic patches, those DO cause skin irritation but it's not usually too bad for me. These are what I rely on for their strength and they're pretty thin, I just wish the package was easy to open by hand. I always have to use scissors to open them.

By far the best of lidocaine patches I have tried so far. This is the 4th brand that I have tried and I will look no further. Unlike the others, this brand meets my needs perfectly. Here is how this brand is different: * The patch is packaged flat, not folded in half like all the others. This makes the patch is easier to handle, especially behind my back. * The thin plastic backing comes off very easily, without the patch sticking to itself in different places. * The sticky part is only under the plastic backing and does lop over the edges like so many other brands. This keeps your fingertips and countertops clean. * The patch itself seems just slightly thicker than the other brands. This keeps it from folding over and sticking to itself. I am an older person trying to blindly get the patch on my lumbar spine all by myself. So I very much appreciate each of these advantages. I can usually get a patch in the right place in just a couple of minutes instead of five minutes the way it took with the former brands that I tried. My one suggestion for improvement: Add a bit of color or design to the clear plastic backings. With them being so thin and clear, it is very difficult to find them once you put them down.

Seems to work to elevate pain but very difficult to get on your lower back. I would recommend having someone place the patch on for you if you need it for your back or hips.

I use to get these in 5% lidocaine patches as a prescription but now my insurance will not cover them. I came across this brand, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. They are just as good as the 5 %. The product is pretty sticky and thinner than my original prescription. Now, I have a fused ankle and like majority of the patches, corners can or will lift, or some may just come off during sleep. So i learned years ago to use ace bandages to hold them in place and it works because when you try to pull it off, it seems pretty strong. I have already tested the patch alone at bedtime. The back is very sticky so be sure to peel the backing slowly or else it will stick together and that is a pain to deal with. I have never experienced any skin irritation so with this particular brand it’s the same. As for pain relief. Once you apply the patch really well, pain relief usually starts to kick in with in 5 mins and lasts through the night. Again, I use it for my fused ankle, lower back and left knee cap. I place ace bandages on ankle and knee. The back doesn’t stay on too well during the night unless you sleep on your back. For me, they have rolled up, lifted or half hung off my back. My elderly Mother needs these, daily, they help, but not 100 %, but they do help ease up her discomfort. They do tend to roll and at times need to put paper tape at edges.

At first, I was happy that the stiffness in my shoulders disappeared quickly, but after about four days of use, I didn't see any significant improvement. I've tried many different products, but they all feel the same... It's a shame.

These work very well! Peel slowly taking off the backing, or it can be a complete disaster, with the patch functioning well as origami, but not as a patch.
