Makes a great tea. Great source no bleached tea bags

It really helps me sleep, and relaxes me. It surprisingly helped me currently through a bad cold. Add some lemon and it's very tasty.

Good quality tea leaves, but a significant portion of the bag was complete powder rather than whole flowers. Powder may work for tea bags, but it tends to clog infusers.
