Why did you pick this product vs others?: Had a low "desugar" option Rice cooker quality: Fantastic! Perfect rice if follow directions! Ease of use: Use the black "cup" measuring cup not an actual 8 oz cup. Put rice in stainless steel pot and rinse. Then pour rice into the bottom on the black pot. Put water over rice up to the line on how many black "cups" you use. For 1 black cup, fill water to the 1 cup water line (2 black cups then fill to 2 cup water line, etc. Put smaller vent stainless round piece on top of black pot. Close lid on rice cooker. Plug in cord, press option like desugar, then press start. That is it. Perfect and delicious rice! Easy breezy!

I had to return the item. It was not cooking the rice well. Instructions was written poorly.

I love this rice cooker! The rice is always perfect. The desugar option is helpful when you need to reduce carbs. It is simple to use and clean up is easy. I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because the tray that covers the rice that collects the sugary water is difficult to remove.

So far so good. Just got the unit and wanted just plain ole rice. It did a superb job of making it. Perfectly cooked and fluffy and really tasty. I have not yet tried the low sugar mode but I'm anticipating excellent results too. It might be a little pricey but the results were great ! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Poor quality broke down after one use

Need probably more water than normal ruce cooker, sometimes rice is not well cooked
