Have only taken a couple so unable to comment on the effectiveness, but as stated in other reviews these are really hard to swallow. Picture shows comparison with a standard paracetamol caplet. Very large tablets that get stuck in the throat easily.

Haven’t noticed any effects

Iv been taking these for a week but had to stop as the tablet gets stuck in my throat causing me to choke, even when snapped in half. Almost 1cm thick

pills dissolve immediately in your salvia. pills too big - choke hazard
