I have 4 piercings in each ear. I always noticed that holes 3 and 4 were more sensitive to jewelry and would often get very hot and red, especially when sleeping in them. But they would eventually calm down and it wasn't a problem. Well I just had a baby and for some reason, all four of my piercings were reacting horribly to my earrings I usually wear. I decided it was time to search for sensitive earrings. I put these earrings in and for the first time I felt no pain. I slept in them and there was no itchiness, redness, or crust that formed overnight on my ears. I am SO satisfied with my purchase. They are great quality, have a very good sparkle, and I love all of the different size and design options. The backs are a little difficult to screw on, but once you get the hang of it, they actually feel more durable and comfortable than regular backs! I love them.

Love these. We have the sleepers and the flatbacks. They're fantastic to sleep in. I bought these for my daughters. She got her years pierced, and I didn't want her to have the back of the earrings, buggy ink her. So as soon as she was able to trade out her earrings, we bought this at she is absolutely loved them. They're very cute. She hasn't reacted to the them at all. And the flat backs are fantastic. The size is also great.They fit her perfectly, a they feel very durable and have a great variety for her to pick from and they're not too large or heavy

THESE ARE AWESOME. i have really sensitive skin so i was scared they'd infect my ears. i got them for a brand new helix piercing and i was scared it would hurt my ear even more but they never did. i kept one in my ear for a month or two while the piercing was healing and it never agitated my skin, never turned color or tarnished, no green color that fake jewelry causes, it was great. the stones are a tad bigger than i expected but they're still very cute. they're very durable and don't come off on their own at all. it's a good weight too.

Earrings are cute but my goodness they are a pain to put on. Once I got them in, they were good. My ears are very sensitive and so far these have worked out great.

Very cute earrings with a good variety of pairs included. Just slept in them for the first time and they're WAY better than traditional earrings. I couldn't feel them at all. The screw back took a little patience to put on, but it wasn't too difficult.

It's a good mix of earrings and my ears haven't had any reaction to them. The downside though is how hard it is to get them on! I just have lobe piercings and wanted to have every day earrings to wear so that they'd get used to being open again. The flat backs were appealing because it meant I could sleep with them on and still be comfortable - which I can! But when I tried to put a second pair in to the second piercings, I cannot for the life of me get the back onto the studs. I could do the right side after several tries, but the left (as a righty) is damn near impossible. The posts are probably too short, but what would really be more helpful is having a flat side to the backing. It's so small and smooth that my fingers which aren't abnormally sized have a hard time holding it in place. If it were squared I could at least get a good grip. Instead, I'll feel the post connect with the back, then as I go to twist it into position the backing slips one way or another and I have to start all over. Updated Review: I've lost a couple of these earrings now as the screw comes loose and it's hard to tell unless I'm fidgeting with them. They do give my ears some irritation though no discoloration. The screw back is so hard to turn and the pin is so short that I haven't bothered with trying to put any more on.

I absolutely love these. They were so much more than I expected for the price. They are beautiful and the way they design them. It makes them super easy to put on. 10 out of 10.

I’ve had some issues with the backs of these falling off, always in my sleep though so maybe not the best if you’re a big mover in your sleep and not willing to dig it from your bed. They’re a bit smaller than I expected but still a size I’d wear and I’ve never had any issue getting them on. They haven’t irritated me at all which was what I was really worried about, I’ve gotten earrings claiming to be hypoallergenic before and still reacted to them. Haven’t had any of the gems fall out and overall they’re good for the price

I wanted flat back earrings that wouldn't dig into my ears when sleeping. The back screws on and so far none have come loose. They're cute and there's a good variety. They've been a bit uncomfortable sleeping but hoping I'll get used to it. Helix earrings are usually very irritating to sleep with and one night this one bothered me that I had to take it out but sometimes it doesn't bother me to sleep. BTW I'm wearing 5 of these in the Pic.

They look nice. Lots to choose from. Very hard to screw in the backs, but once on, are comfy and stay on. No reaction to the metal at all.

These earrings are quite nice. The posts are short which is exactly what I wanted. The flat backs are great and don't dig into my head at all which is what I wanted as well. The backings are quite small though which makes them a bit difficult to twist onto the post and I had expected the earrings to come on a card sort of thing but they are just mixed in a bag so you have to sort them out yourself. Not a huge deal but a slight nuisance.
