Some of my favorite pasta. I use it in my baked pasta. Get or make a high quality marinara, and with some basic mozzarella, add a sprinkle of parm and its better than yout local italian place. The noodle is the right size not too big or too small. Hold the sauce well. Its hard to over cook and it has a great firm bite to it. Al dente baby. Just a super high quality pasta from italy at a super reasonable cost. Better than rao's and other high end brands in my opinion.

The quality. & taste of these are so much better that anything you can get in your local grocery store. They are well worth what I paid for them.

I don’t like it

It costs a little extra but to me it is worth it. I like my pasta Al dente. Following the package instructions still leaves the center a little raw. I add a couple of minutes and it is perfect
