Donot buy this product from Amazon. They have 3rd party sellers. My Machine got burned in 5 months time. When I contacted for service Amazon told to contact Dyson. Dyson told to give it to their service centre. Service centre informed that the product was not sold by authorized dealer. And hence I need to pay another 800 dhs for repairing it since warranty is by third party if it’s there. So I called the sellers number from invoice Amazon gave me. Turns out it’s a fake number. Now I don’t know what to do. So please don’t buy Dyson (an over priced product with the worst service)

This machine works properly and does its job. Less hairfall now compared to when i was using a regular hair dryer and iron separately. My only issue is i cannot register it at Dyson website. They cannot detect the Serial Number which i worried when suddenly the machine will not work.

PRO TIP: although it sounds counterintuitive, run the Airstrait SLOWLY over SMALL sections for faster, smoother results. I only need two passes before locking in the style with the cool setting. Finish with a drop of Moroccan oil at the ends, and voila—smooth, sleek hair that lasts!
