I love that it’s just 1 per day so it’s super easy to take. It doesn’t taste like anything. It’s definitely helped keep me regular especially right after delivery. I ran out and I feel the difference I need to order more

I buy these for my daughter after much research and they are perfect for her. Several natural websites recommended them for pregnancy. She loves them and takes them faithfully each month. The come quickly so we don’t have a break in her taking them. No problems to report. Being taking them for 7 months and they are affordable.

Haven't tried long enough to notice a major difference but I did notice healthier poops

It works really fast, you see good bowel movement within a few days, optimal results for both mama and baby.

I do love like these and will finish them off. I just personally found something else to suit my needs. I love that these have no taste, it’s good quality, and effective for a basic probiotic. Just keep in mind you need vitamin D and folic acid when your a mama to be! Happy Pregnancy!

It is easy to swallow and works very well.

I have had 3 pregnancies and have tried a LOT of prenatal vitamins. This is by far the best one on the market. It has everything you need. It doesn’t upset my stomach. They make regular size and mini size if you find it hard to swallow. I prefer the mini because they are easier for me to swallow. They have a small typical vitamin smell but nothing terrible.

Loved that this product passes through the milk. I didn’t have to give my baby a probiotic until she was a little older.
