Nature Made Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies with 2500 mcg of Biotin, 150 Count

The first time I used these vitamins my girl friend turned me on to them. She gave me the half of bottle she had left. Maybe a little more than half. I used them every day and within a matter of 2 or 3 weeks I could see the difference in my hair. It started growing and getting thicker. So I decided to buy my own bottle of Nature Made. I just took two for the purpose of the review. They are very sweet and easy to digest. No hard swallow. They even smell sweet. You don't need to drink anything when taking them. Taste like candy. No sticky feel. I will continue to take every day and see what happens.

I am giving this a 4 star only because I thought I was ordering what was shown in the picture and description as mixed berry cranberry & blueberry, to my surprise I received strawberry which to me is very sweet. I love the Nature Made Products but not this one, unfortunately I will keep them, as I do not feel right returning vitamins.

These things are so darn yummy, taking them is my favorite part of the day! LOL I always want more than the suggested serving. I think my hair, skin and nails are benefiting from taking them but, even if they aren't, the gummies are so good I'm going to continue taking them regardless LMAO!
