Very good washer dryer. This one drys better than a separate dryer I had before.

broke within 6 months
Broke within 6 months, cannot return (outside of warranty), have got a repair man visiting in 12 days time within the time scale of 8am to 6pm (cannot offer slots), will not compensate for 12 days of no washing machine. DIRE customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Such a waste of money
I received this product today and am incredibly angry!! It doesn't even work!! Literally doesn't even switch on!! Such a waste of money!! Almost 400 pound for a hunk of junk!! It's caused a massive uproar I can't begin to explain how angry this has made me!!

Dead after little less than 3 years
There is a reason why warrany is two years. Because it dies just after that. Electronics are crap, so many people on the web having issue with this.

Constantly breaking
We've had this machine for 3 years and it started off working fine. A year in we had to have the whole thing serviced as it stopped drying. We ended up signing up for a repair plan and I've had to call someone out every month for the past year. We've finally decided to replace it because it is terrible. I would not recommend at all

what use is a washer/dryer that doesn't dry?
Seriously, this is a terrible machine. The instructions are written in very poor english and the machine doesn't dry the clothes. I had a zanussi before for 14 years and that was really good but this is completely terrible. I don't advise anyone to buy this or anything from Beko.
