Great resource especially with the online flash card feature, which makes studying these vocab words even easier, especially if you need to cram. Also, go through the word groups PDF (also found on the online access) as it has many words not covered in these flashcards.

This is helpful. It's not just 500 words along with synonyms it's alot of words

The cards are clean, relevant, and very useful. Each measures (5 mm x 8 mm; 2" x 3"). On one side is the word, the part of speech it belongs to (verb, adjective, etc.), and the phonetic pronunciation. On the other side is a very brief definition, the word used in a sentence, and a few synonyms. You can quickly scan them each day and concentrate on the few words that are hardest for you to remember until you've mastered them all.

Easily compact to carry around, I bring it everywhere! Love the pronunciation, definition, and sentence examples provided allowing studying to be made easy. I do wish the box was a little more sturdy. Sometimes it can be difficult to put all the cards back in. I just lay the box on the side and give it a little tap to push the cards onto one side and it seems to fix the issue. The cards come in alphabetical order which was nice, I gave them a good shuffle once I got them. It did take a few minutes, but nothing too complicated! Just something to note if you prefer the words mixed up :) Some tips that have helped me study with these cards: - i use sticky notes when storing cards inside the box to separate my "known" vs "reviewing" vs "not sure" stacks to help me keep track of which cards I should be paying attention to. - I will try to learn a set number of "not sure" cards and try to review as many of the known/reviewing stacks as I can. - take advantage of the pronunciations! I will try to use as many words as I can throughout my day/sentences to help with retention.
