well i use 2 of these a day but not for me. I use them for my dogs to help with their digestive issues. vet read the ingredients and approved. i open a capsule and add it to their bowl of food once a day. works great form what i can tell. affordable too.

I have struggled all my life with digestive issues. But taking a probiotic really helps. I tried several, but this one seemed to help the most. I like the Dr. Foster brand.
