Good for quitting vapes ! Feel the hit in your throat like a vape and flavors in mouth. Small no smell no smoke just air. Very convenient. Last me about 3 days but I just put 1-2 drops of flavored peppermint oil in the cotton and let it sit for a few days before using again. DONT LOSE THE CAP will dry up fast

The best vape/smoking replacement I’ve found, and the most comparable draw, BUT also very overpriced. It’s a piece of plastic with a flavored diffuser. Literally just a piece of plastic with a little flavor. But in terms of flavor and sensation, definitely the best out there.

These helped me when I was going through withdrawals. I’m not sure they would have worked if I hadn’t been fully invested that I was quitting. They made cold turkey a little less intense, but I’m know not everything works for everyone. It is worth a try if you it helps you to quit. The taste isn’t overpowering it was quick to lose flavor on some, so if they work I would go ahead and put your next order in. After 2 orders I didn’t need them anymore.

I quit smoking 3 weeks ago after a trip to the hospital for three days. I’ve smoked for 45 years and went cold turkey so these little menthol sticks are amazing because when I get that urge to wanna smoke a cigarette, I can get myself off the edge with inhaling the menthol, and it is sort of like smoking a cigarette. I think they work great and they’ve been helping me a lot.

Eh, it does give a nice flavor, stops the craving to eat something or chew gum without calories, however, doesn't last long and gets hard inside and becomes useless to draw threw. Had a plug for the bottom and a cap, if you don't put those back after each use, it dries out and gets hard and you can't draw on it.

These are extremely overpriced and I regret buying them. At $10 each I feel like I fell for a total scam. These should be $10 for 10 units, not $30 for 3. I do not recommend.

Love this product. I find the peppermint and spearmint to be the most effective for myself, but this product has been instrumental in my quitting smoking. I also still use them if I am having some brews, as that is when I liked to smoke cigarettes the most. No smoke and no water vapor, just minty air. But really helps with the sensation and fills the void of the habit. Would definitely recommend. Keep in mind there are various flavors and you will need to find which one works best for you. Variety pack might be a good place to start and then from there go with the flavor that is most effective for you.

This flavour is actually nicer than the others and gives more of a menthol sensation, the all black looks nicer, all in all a decent substitute 🌹🎶🐦‍⬛
