Went right in and works perfectly.

I brought these to replace my inner Camro door handles because my right side one stoped working and I just brought another one so now I have replacements encase that happens to either side again so it should help for future problems like I just hand to deal with! So I'm keeping them in my trunk until something like this happens again!

Perfect fitment

The part fits but leaves a lot to be desired. This is a review of the good, the bad, and the ugly. All in all, if I had not installed one already, I would have sent these parts back for a refund. Yet because I tried melting the plastic on one unit and threading a post on another unit, I just decided to keep it. YET I do not recommend buying this product. Or if you do know that there is a better way to install. The handles are look like the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) but they are NOT! You can see based on the printing in the injection molded plastic. They also put in small cheap drill, and 6 little internal tooth lock washers. The small cheap drill is to remove the original plastic that was deformed to look like a rivet. Let’s start with the issues of the product as shipped. The 6 little tooth lock washers are the wrong size. If you are looking to just install and press lock those internal tooth lock washers are NOT the right size. OOOPPPPS. Post is 0.253 Inches and the ID of the 0.293 inches. 0.02” or Radial Clearance. Hence ABSOLUTELY no locking. If you try to melt the plastic like a rivet with a soldering tool, that will not work. For safety, I put a washer on those post so I would not accidentally damage the housing. That damaged the passenger side handle. One post down. If you try to tap it for a ¼-20 thread so you can put a nut on the thing and hold it. That also will not work. This resulted in the post for the driver side handle broken. The material is brittle. You can try using 5/16-24 NUT but you might have to warm up the area with a heat gun. Be careful not to damage anything else. Since the material is brittle, I decided to start up a 3D printer and make cylinders. The ID of the cylinder is 6.7 mm, the OD is 17mm, and tall is 10 mm. So, I will use superglue and glue the cylinders to the two posts of each side. What could have easily taken less than 10 minutes to fix is now going over 2 hours. Hence the one-star rating! Ohhhh and when it is all said and done. There is a little cap behind the handle. That doesn’t fit properly! See Video. Given the experience with this product what would you rate it?
