Great Product! Works well and very easy to assemble!
I love my raised bed! It was so easy to put together and works really well. I especially love the cover that comes with the raised bed. It allows me to grow my plants year-round and provides great protection from the small animals in my area.

Solid raised bed, flimsy-ish greenhouse (6x3x1, clear plastic with mesh)
2/26 update: customer service was really good. Got the replacement for the green house plastic cover tent and it was perfect. I liked this raised bed so much that I bought a second one. The greenhouse component was perfect, no issues this time around. Updating to 5 starts for customer service. I still wish the plastic cover was a bit more thick/sturdy. Still, 1 year warranty on it so we shall see. ======== The raised bed is pretty solid, that part is easy to assemble and seems made well enough. Picture shows it assembled and full with 14 cubic feet of dirt. Next to it the greenhouse: - the structure that holds it together seems good enough and may last a while. Easy to assemble, no issues with it. - the plastic transparent cover is well designed, has a mesh and a plastic cover on each side, perfect to keep it warm and/or ventilated AND keep critters away. The plastic material tho is probably going to last just about the 1 year the warranty is for, in my case it came with some small tears on the sides, all about 2-3 inches. I’m back and forth with customer service (lamya / [email protected] ) to get it replaced. Given it a 3 given the plastic and quality control issue.

Miss match parts. But great CS.
When it first arrived I checked the components in the box and discovered that one of the long pices was missing, but had a miss matched long pice that would not fit becuse it was too short. I then contacted customer support and told them about the miss matched part. They then asked for my info and they would contact the warehouse to get me the correct part and ship it. This process was verry easy and did not take long to do. A few days passed and the part came. And once again it was the wrong part! This replacement part was... wrong. It was a inch or two too long and the holes would not match up.. so I resorted to just drilling new holes so it would fit. And it worked! Puting it together was easy, except for the polls part. They had no numbers on them and the instructions were eeh, but their not that complicated i managed to just wing it so no big deal. The cover itself seems thick and strong and it looks good. Over all it seems like a good starter kit, just mKe shure you check the pices before assembling, and i hold no grudge to the customer support, Lynn did her best she could. It's the warehouse comunication they need to work on.

Don’t forget to add the two inside to hold the long sided walls apart!
Pretty easy to build, pictures were a little confusing because there are so nany different connects for the rods! It would beneficial if the company lettered or numbered the pieces!

Sturdy Raised Garden and Tarp
Received this product earlier than anticipated. Was well packaged, all parts/pieces available to put together. Took about 1 - 1.5 hours to put together. Would suggest to assemble loosely with all the screws/bolts on bed frame, then go back and tighten all of them. The tubing for tarp frame pretty simple to assemble and again would suggest putting together loosly then go back and tighten the fit. Placing the frame over the garden bed easy and very close to the metal corners, not much gap, so helps to stabilize. Once both items assembled, the tarp fit nicely over the frame, and snuggly without issue, zippers worked but are abit sketchy on the strength/durability, so need to be careful when opening/closing. Tarp and frame are light weight and easy to lift off and remove if preferred but overall, the snug fit and heavier bedframe makes the finished product very sturdy. I am very pleased with this garden bed/tarp to this point. Will update when I can plant my garden....still early April here in CT 4-2023. Had a heavy wind and rain today and the tarp shelter/garden bed not affected. 👌🏽

I got good products from a great company.
It is a perfect raised garden bed with a nice greenhouse cover. The issue I had was with the zippers. I installed the greenhouse in my Oklahoma backyard and it did great for 5 months. Then within a few weeks the zippers all started to fail. I think the metal is being oxidized and sort of rotting. But I reached out to the manufacturer and worked with a person named Summer and the company replaced the greenhouse part that I needed for me at no charge. Summer was very nice and fast and helpful. I am very grateful and highly recommend this product and this business.

Good customer service
This is an update the manufacturer reached out to me and sent me missing items and replaced one of the greenhouses. Customer service was very helpful. The beds are light metal which work as designed. The greenhouse are very flimsy and not well designed. I bought 3 of these beds with greenhouses. Zipper broke off 2 days after assembly. 2nd greenhouse the top outer shell of greenhouse wasn’t sewn into seam leaving a gaping hole. 3rd greenhouse frame had 5 connectors missing but customer service sent replacements.

I still don't have a replacement greenhouse
I bought 5 garden beds with greenhouse covers a year ago. If you look at the pictures you can see that the greenhouse covers only last a year, which is why they only give it a one year warranty. The sun and other elements make the plastic thin and brittle, and the plastic melts together. When I went to the manual that was sent in the box I got from Amazon it does not clearly state what the model number is or how to contact the company for parts. I then went to Amazon to see if I could just buy the replacement greenhouse, and you can't. So I looked on Google for the company name and first called and got no where and then started emailing back and forth. I think we are on the 6th email where they are still not helpful, and they even tried to say I only bought one garden and would only be abble to get one replacement. I have sent them pictures in the email stating measurements and what I am looking for and how many I need and l they still can not help me. I have now talked to two different people and still waiting to buy the replacement covers I need. They also quoted me a price of $25.00 per gardenbed cover at one point. Then tried to backtrack and say they can't sell me something when they aren't sure if it will fit on what I have. If I make a mistake and get the wrong one then its my $25.00 a greenhouse cover mistake. While I love the gardens, I would recommend going through a different company. But also expect to only have the greenhouse covers for about a year.
