Cassette Futurism looks with perfect functionality.
Okay I love this thing, for one it looks amazing and really goes with the cassette futurism look I am going for here. Also the mouse is perfectly functional, some say it is too small but I find it to be a good size and of a good quality.

Fine little retro styled mouse !
Love my mouse! Works fine. Great little retro looking mouse-- looks like a fax machine from 1985. I dig it. <3

Awesome design and aesthetic. Poor Functionality.
I love the way this mouse looks, but I was disappointed to find that the wireless connectivity doesn't work well in my apartment, though this could be interference from other units nearby, the buttons occasionally don't click nicely and require your fingers to be at a specific location to get a consistently nice click, and finally -most importantly- the mouse is too small for the average hand. I like that you can swap the buttons and back, and I'm planning on getting the longer back plate to better fit my hand. Some people don't like the little thumb tab, but as someone with very sweaty hands, I find it awesome since it keeps my mousepad from collecting dirt as rapidly. Overall, I like it quite a bit, despite the complaints.

A Bonafide Piece of Trash
The Bluetooth is spotty if the mouse is more than a foot from the receiver. The build quality is cheap and feels cheap. The wired functionality also doesn't work, so even if I wanted to get around the low quality wireless, I would be unable to. It looks nice I guess...

I wanted to love this mouse
I really wanted to love this mouse. I wanna start by saying that the mouse I use every day is a Logitech mx master. That’s a 5/5 mouse. I knew going into this that this mouse wouldn’t be better than that but maybe it could come close. So most of my review is based on me comparing it to the logi mouse. Let’s talk about the good. The design of this mouse is SOOOOOOO good. I cannot stress enough how sick the design of this mouse is. When I saw it I knew I had to have it. As a person that is obsessed with keyboards, having a mouse that reminiscent of one was very attractive. I loved the beige 1990s computer aesthetic. The oled screen is cool and nice to be able to check the dpi and connection type at a glance. The texture of the plastic and rubber scroll wheel is very pleasing. The feel and travel of the left and right buttons is superb. The weight is about the same as the logi mx master so no complaints there. Battery life doesn’t last as long as the logi but long enough where you won’t feel like you’re charging it too often. That’s about where the good ends. The bad. This is a very very small mouse. I have medium size man hands and the mouse is too small for it to be comfortable. This mouse is better for women (respectfully) or if you have small small hands. I even bought the replacement cover (at an additional cost) that extends the size and it’s still too short. The biggest issue is that it’s not wide enough. It’s too slim and too short. You’ll find yourself using a claw grip rather than a palm grip which is very fatiguing if you’re using it for an extended period of time (which I do, office desk job). Additionally, it has a very clicky sound to the buttons. Very reminiscent of just any old cheap mouse that you can get anywhere. For a design that resembles a keyboard and at this price point, I expected a little more thought put into the sound. It advertises replaceable buttons and back cover but then they only offer 3 fugly (personal preference) designs. This mouse has been on the market for a year or two and there’s only been 3 designs, like come on man. I would only recommend this mouse for office work which means that having all those DPI options is pretty useless, you’ll find yourself using only the 800 DPI or in my case using the custom feature to lower it even further to 400/600. If you’re looking for a gaming mouse DO NOT get this mouse. The lack of extra buttons, the size, no software, and specs suggest this is not built for that. I recommend the logitech g502 hero (or g502 lightspeed if you want wireless). It’s cheaper and just superior to this mouse in every way for gaming. To summarize, this mouse is form over function. If you only care about aesthetics, this is the mouse. If you want an actual mouse that you will love spend the extra money for a mx master mouse.

Very good mouse overall!
One of the best mice I have owned, I was worried about the size and shape of the key style clickers at first, but with the larger back cover, it is surprisingly comfortable. I got the block style, which has a nice retro look which I like and matches my keyboard. I like the fact that the keys come off, which will make it far easier to keep clean than conventional mice. Weight wise, it is a nice balance, not overly heavy but not overly light. Switches feel nice and have good feedback and the scroll wheel is large and feels solid with no play. The small screen showing the DPI and battery is a very neat idea too. I use a wired connection and find it very responsive, but I cannot really speak to responsiveness when using the included dongle or Bluetooth. The only downsides that I find is the lack of software support, so the DPI settings are locked in at 800, 1,600, 2,400, 3600 and 4,000 only and cannot be set by software, I find that 4,000 is good for me, but I could see that being a dealbreaker for some. Other than that, it would be nice if you could get replacement "key caps"; you can already get a replacement back cover, so it would be nice if you could get both. If Lofree could address these two things, I'd think this would be a near perfect mouse IMO.

aesthetics 10/10, functionality 10/10 size 8/10
aesthetically it's one of the best things I've ever seen. photos kind of make it look cheaper than It looks and definitely cheaper than how it feels. it's like hard to really understand until you have one in front of you. But it works super well. the color is amazing, the plastic is smooth and dry and robust. The buttons feel really good. it's not a mechanical keyboard feel which is what I thought it might be when I saw it. it's like a sharp small click but it's just done really well. The wheel is incredible. The little LED thing is incredible but I'm almost never going to change what its setting is so it doesn't really matter but it looks really good. very crisp little tiny display. The Bluetooth dongle feels like it should just fall out because the magnet doesn't feel like it's super strong but in reality once it's inside the mouse it's difficult to get out. It has preset DPI settings And then you can press buttons that are recessed in the top the surface to change the DPI. Very accurate tracking. I have big hands though and it's too small for gaming. It can either be taller in the middle or it has to be longer. The thumb side rest is great, so took him about a bit of the size issue I'm in the process of 3D printing something similar for the left side because my hands are just too enormous. it's great for all the other stuff I do though, like graphics stuff/ 3D modeling and things like that so I need a mouse that doesn't suck and doesn't bore me with its look or function and this is that and more.

Long(ish) term review
It's not quite the worst thing I've ever used, but it is bad. I, personally, have an issue where it will randomly stop picking up any input until I click any button on it again. This has led to issues where I will pretty consistently get annoyed as I go to swipe to something across the screen only to be greeted by nothing happening. This could be a connectivity issue on their end, I've tested this across multiple devices, and the Bluetooth is shockingly fine as it doesn't have this issue, but rather an input delay issue where the mouse will train behind on Mac, as well as Windows though less often. Overall, buy something else, especially seeing as it's not cheap and doesn't work like it should. As for durability, it's fine, I don't foresee it breaking unless from when you need to smack it on your desk to get it to turn back on. The keys are also not going to break as far as I'm concerned, I've had it for about 6 months and it's not shattered in my hands. Overall, it's not good, save up and get a better one like a logitech g pro for ten bucks more.
