I chose this specifically because it’s safe to use on hair extensions, and it’s exceeded my expectations. It cleans thoroughly without being harsh, leaving my hair and extensions soft, smooth, and easy to manage. There’s no dryness, residue, or heavy coating , just clean, healthy hair that feels balanced. What I particularly like is how well it preserves the condition of the extensions. They stay silky and manageable for much longer, with noticeably less shedding and tangling. The formula feels gentle yet effective, and the light scent makes it pleasant to use without being overly perfumed. I’m genuinely happy to have found a product that performs so well on both natural hair and extensions. My hairdresser has also approved it, which gave me the reassurance to try it. I’ve been using salon products that cost around £28 per bottle, so I’m delighted this one matches that quality at half the price.

For me this is an expensive mid product. I have real hair extensions and heard good things however it was smaller and 2x the price of the other shampoo and conditioner I use, and I would say that it is average in comparison. It smells nice and I love the other beauty works products but this left me feeling underwhelmed. It was also very difficult to rinse off all the conditioner which left my hair with a very greasy feel.
