Should be named the Upyours battery.I have to agree with customer/reviewer Genghiz, who called it right on almost all counts. These are ill-fitting replacement battery packs with poor lifespans. The so-called "Lifetime Warranty" is, of course, a joke. These battery packs start life as pieces of excrement and stay that way. There is no recourse for the consumer, and I wish Amazon would clamp down on sellers making this meaningless claim.My only point of disagreement with Genghiz is his recommendation that we spend "a little more for the real McCoy." The genuine Sennheiser product costs a LOT more (at the time of my purchase), which is precisely the reason we get suckered into trying these horrid things. I know what the OEM German Varta NiMH cells cost (because I foolishly bought a bunch thinking I could fashion my own replacements), so give us a break, Sennheiser! We love your headphones and deserve to not be ripped off for replacement battery packs.OK... End of rant. Don't buy these things.
