This brand makes a really great buckwheat pasta. It does not clump and tastes great. Always set the timer for 2 minutes less and test. It usually is ready quicker. Pesto is a great sauce for buckwheat. Since my husband cannot do wheat, this is a good alternative since buckwheat is not a true grain and is glutton free. Its more in the seed category. It is pricey compared to regular for sure, but we now use pasta as a side dish not a main disk, and so as a side dish, the price is fine. It is good for leftovers so I use the entire 8 ounce pkg for 2 of us. All their Buckwheat is good, especially the penne.

I really like this buckwheat linguini. You do need to stir in the beginning to avoid clumping. I boil with olive oil which helps. The taste and consistency of this pasta is perfect, in my opinion. I do wish it was made somewhere other than China. I like buying food made locally and there is a great buckwheat flour made within 50 miles of my house. I don't have the time to make my own past though.

Delicious with a great chew. I would eat this even if I weren’t gluten-free. I drop a few of these in my cart every time I order something.

I love these noodles. I have tried to find buckwheat noodles in several stores, but they're always mixed with regular flour. I will have to keep purchasing these noodles from Amazon, because I cannot find them anywhere else. They taste pretty good too!

This was the best buckwheat pasta I found but it also cost about eight times more.
