I do a craft cocktail night with new specials weekly at the bar where I work. Was excited to use these as a garnish. I was in a hurry and didn’t look at the reviews like I usually do. Very disappointed that they look so different from the pictures. I don’t think they look very appetizing at all. I’m still gonna try to use them for something, but it’s not going to fit what I was hoping for.

I opened this bag the day it was received to use in my tea. As soon as the bag was opened it smelled of chemicals. I thought maybe I was smelling the bag so I took a slice out and put in my tea. After steeping for a minute I could smell the same chemical aroma. I tasted the tea anyway and the taste was just as bad. I had to dump my tea and make a batch without lemon. I have been using freeze dried lemons from another source for months with no issues. I cannot return this item so it’s wasted money. Do not buy.

I use these dehydrated lemons in crafted cocktails, they are a modern way to garnish new age drinks. The bag is quite large. My only watch put would be that the lemons are broken up as you get to the bottom of the bag, so store carefully

I keep a bunch of these in a glass on top of my stove and pop one or two of them into my water and/or my cocktail – instant fun and class! My guests really dig them too! Upscales any glass of anything!
