I am a 79 years-old woman and have taken Saw Palmetto supplements in capsule form to combat thinning hair for about 4 years. I tried the capsules from several different vendors, including Havasu Nutrition, and I find the smell of the saw palmetto capsules very off-putting, so I was excited to try Havasu Nutrition's saw palmetto gummies when they became available. The taste is pleasantly sweet and fruity and the gummies are easy to chew and swallow. I also like that these gummies are designed to combat female hair loss and have a much lower dosage than the capsules that are for male prostate issues. You do have to take 2 gummies per day, so I eat one in the morning and one at night. With the 2 per day dosage, one bottle of gummies lasts one month. I hope Havasu Nutrition keeps the gummies in stock because they are a huge improvement over the capsules.After buying them from Amazon for a couple of months, I added to my monthly Amazon Subscribe & Save.

I do not find the taste offensive...In fact, it's very pleasant! AND Best of all, my hair is thickening in the place where it was thinning...so Hallelujah this product will continue to be included with my other supplements I take..Aging isn't the most pleasant thing in life in itself, with the different aches and limitations you face in your 80's....But heck, if I can keep my hair at least looking good, it makes me feel better!! A little reward for little effort...just taking my Saw Palmetto every day!!

Taste absolutely awful. Didn't notice any real results. Could not keep chewing these nasty things.

They taste good but I have been on them for a month and all I got was horrible constipation.

I don't know if it is helping, but the gummies are tasty

After so many years of heat products damaging my hair, I felt like I would never be able to have healthy looking hair again. But, after taking this product, I notice that my hair grows back faster (I can cut those dead ends off waaaayyy sooner than I could have in the past, making me feel more confident in my looks) and it is looking shinier! I like that these gummies are also vegan and are naturally flavored!
