I've been using this brand of Magnesium Citrate for years. (Great for constipation! On that note, I saw a few reviews that said it only works some of the time. Hint: If I've eaten something different/dense or something right before bed or an abundance of food (rare), I do take an extra two capsules. I took an extra 6 capsules (total of 2 grams) after taking a pain medication that caused constipation. Think about increasing when it doesn't work, and I've experimented with it a LOT. Everyone's needs change from day to day, and I've gotten the hang of it. I typically take between 8 and 10 before bed - works! If I've barely eaten that day, I'll only take 8.) I've noticed before that sometimes the capsules break open, and that was from a local store, so it happens sometimes. Seller was awesome when they read my 5 star review (that I don't see here anymore) mentioning the broken capsules, and they sent me a replacement for free! Now that's class! Clearly they care very much about their products and their customers.

So I get this for my Mom who is 81 years old and it is wonderful and helps her with her RLS and sleep at night that she has trouble with. It's a good product and it works for RLS I would highly recommend this for deficiencies purposes, and /or for sleep. It is a natural mineral our bodies need. But I wouldn't take it without a Holistic or natural path doctor, to tell you how much for how long, unless you know what you're doing and have studied up on it… Even though our bodies produce this, and we lack due to our eating habits and our soil nowadays you don't want to take too much for too long Balance is the Key! I'm not a doctor and I'm just giving My advice as I know it to be for us.

Some brands and types of magnesium can cause many trips running to the bathroom. But this one does not cause that problem for me. I take it before I go to bed and it helps to relax me so that it is easier to sleep. It also helps my restless legs. The pills are not difficult to swallow and there is no unpleasant taste.

It works well

I started taking this every day prior to getting dental implants for bone graph and implant success. good price for the quantity. I also take these for constipation helps keep me regular as well. Sometimes you will receive broken capsules in the bottle which then white powder is on every capsule. I will continue buying this brand because I think the price isn't that bad for what you get.

This is a good product. I don't take it every day, but do take it and vitamin D to help my body absorb the calcium I get from dairy and leafy greens. There are foods high in magnesium...I believe shrimp and kiwi fruit are two of them.

We use these for help making things move along. Start with one and increase as you need. A reliable product!

I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for several years. (this as well as other brands - I do like this brand the best) It seems to be the only thing that works well. I do have to take a large amount (5 - 6), but it does what it is suppose to do. Good price. I have had no problems with shipping as others have indicated.
